Work-life balance

We are convinced that work-life balance is a basic prerequisite for long-term success in our company. Individual working time models and a life-phase-oriented personnel policy are therefore an integral part of our corporate culture.

Since 2009, we have been working on a family-conscious working environment as part of the berufundfamilie audit. In the past years, we have already achieved a lot and are pleased that we have now received the compatibility certificate for the fourth time.
