Two intensive days full of inspiration

Aloisia Sauer and Dr Jürgen Branke, both trainers at APV Mainz e.V., guided our managers through two exciting training days with a lot of expertise and empathy. From self-image and leadership roles to communication, leadership tools and conflict management - we reflected, discussed and rethought. It was all about

• Motivation, delegation & feedback
• Dealing with conflicts and preventative strategies

Regularly strengthening employees and managers, broadening perspectives and providing tools is important to us in order to be successful together.
