Get a taste of laboratory work

For Sina, the next six weeks will be an exciting journey into the world of laboratory science. Sina is currently in the third semester of her training as a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) at the Naturwissenschaftliches Technikum Dr. Künkele (NTK) in Landau. As chemistry and biology have been key focuses of her studies so far, she specifically looked for a placement with a company that combines biology, pharmaceuticals and chemistry, and found the perfect match with HWI.

Over the coming weeks, Sina will gain valuable insights into pharmaceutical analytics and laboratory practice. This experience is particularly relevant as she is simultaneously working towards her university entrance qualification and is considering a dual degree programme after completing her training. Experiencing our laboratory environment first-hand will help her discover which area best aligns with  her interests and long-term career goals.
