Discovery Challenge for New Apprentices

For our new Chemistry Laboratory Technician apprentices, Alisson Bedoya and Luis Boxdörfer, training at HWI begins today with a very special mission: our HWI Discovery Challenge!

On an exciting crossword-themed journey through various departments, they will not only gain insight into our processes and operations, but also get to know the people who make HWI what it is.

At each stop, new tasks, fascinating insights and opportunities to make their first connections await them. This enables them to gain an authentic impression of our company culture and the collaborative spirit that defines HWI right from the very beginning.

Both apprentices are starting an exciting new chapter in their lives within the Laboratory Services division of Dr. Sebastian Stark. Their trainer, Christopher Beck, is looking forward to supporting them throughout their apprenticeship, helping them develop their technical expertise, and shaping the future together through high-quality vocational training.
