Bachelor's thesis in the laboratory department on mRNA analysis

Julieta Careaga Izaguirre was part of the HWI family last year, completing her internship in the team of Dr. Ole Revermann, which focuses on analytical topics related to mass spectrometry and biopharmaceuticals.

A key focus of her work was the use of capillary electrophoresis to evaluatemRNA integrity. Her results also contributed to her bachelor’s thesis, “Evaluating mRNA Integrity: Capillary Electrophoresis Method Development and Polymeric Matrix Optimization,” which she successfully completed in January. Congratulations once again on earning your bachelor’s degree!

This week, Julieta returned to HWI to present her findings to the laboratory team.
